For the last few years – nearly ten, with Redtooth Poker I’ve been involved in developing and running the VEGAS 100 poker tournament in Las Vegas each May.

Over the years we’ve done video reports and updates, orignally all shot and edited then uploaded to YouTube but for the last 5 years or so we’ve been streaming them. This is usually to our Facebook page for the venues and people back in the UK to watch. The event is scheduled to start in Vegas at 10am so from 6pm UK time.
Here’s some pics of the setup and the streaming gear I’ve ‘steamlined’ the rig down to… it’s now perfect packable and still delivers a high quality viewer experience streaming out to facebook live.

I’ve been using Switcher Studio and iOS apps for the cameras on iPhones and this has been a fantastic compact rig. We use a mic with a couple of XVive transmitters so audio can be sent to the PA as well as the camera. This works really well.
